Zusammenfassung

"In dieser Arbeit wird ein modernes Verbindungstestverfahren vorgestellt und angewandt, wobei die praktische Implementierung des Boundary-Scan-Testverfahrens an einer Platine gezeigt wird. Als Testobjekt wird eine speziell zur Vorführung von Boundary-Scan-Test entwickelte Platine benutzt. Zunächst wird das Testverfahren ausführlich erläutert. Es folgt eine Einführung in den Test von digitalen Schaltungen. Die Testproblematik und entsprechende Testalgorithmen werden erklärt. Ein kompletter Boundary-Scan-Test wird mit den so gewonnenen Informationen realisiert. Dabei wird Wert darauf gelegt, daß der Leser mit den dargestellten Informationen ein Programm zur Steuerung und Auswertung eines Verbindungstests mittels Boundary Scan erstellen kann"

Abstract

"In this thesis a modern interconnection test method is shown and demonstrated. The implementation of Boundary Scan is done with a real PCB (printed circuit board). The PCB is a special one, developed for demonstration of Boundary Scan. First the interconnection test method is discussed. This is followed by an introduction in testing of digital circuits. The test goals and the algorithms to solve the goals are explained. A compete Boundary Scan is realized with the gained information’s. After reading this thesis the reader is able to set up a program to do a complete interconnection test with boundary scan"
